Getting Started

Step 1

Book a Free Phone Consult

Your first step is a free 30-minute call with Dr. Bailey. No pressure — just a chance to talk through what’s going on and how we can help.

Step 2

Evaluation Appointment

If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a 60-minute evaluation where we dive into your movement, symptoms, history, and goals.

Step 3

Personalized Plan of Care

Based on your evaluation, we’ll build a custom plan and start treatment — always one-on-one, and always based on your goals.


What to Bring / Wear

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in (leggings, joggers, gym wear)

  • Any referral paperwork (if you already have one — not required to start)

  • HSA/FSA card if you’re using one

Payment Info

Powerhouse is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This allows us to give you one-on-one, personalized care without restrictions. Payment is due at time of service, and we accept HSA/FSA cards. We can also provide a superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.
